WHO IT'S FOR

For anyone who wants to express their thoughts and feelings creatively, self-exploration through art therapy offers a safe space for reflection and personal growth. The creative process strengthens self-efficacy, brings inner conflicts to light, and opens up new perspectives. Art can help organize emotions, break through rigid patterns, and uncover personal resources. Through creative work, new forms of expression emerge, deepening self-awareness and shaping personal narratives. At the same time, art provides a way to process both societal and personal challenges, make unspoken feelings visible, and express one's identity in a self-determined way.

My offering is especially aimed at queer people and those struggling with their sexuality or gender identity.
