ART WORK

The art therapy triad is a central concept in art therapy, involving a dynamic relationship among three elements: the client, the therapist, and the artwork. Within this triangular relationship, the artwork plays a mediating role, facilitating the expression of inner feelings and thoughts. It enables clients to access their inner world through often non-verbal means, with the therapist providing empathetic guidance and support throughout these processes.

The artwork thus serves as a kind of "third reference point" within the therapeutic setting. It enables indirect communication, which can be especially helpful when clients find it difficult to address or verbalize certain topics directly.

ART THERAPY

Art therapy is a method that enables access to inner experiences and processes through creative forms of expression, such as painting, drawing, modeling, and crafting. Unlike traditional talk therapy, art therapy combines image and language, often revealing new perspectives on personal issues and bringing unconscious processes to light. My art therapy approach is depth psychology-oriented and art-based, focusing on the conscious experience and reflection of inner images and symbols, which often provide insights into the dynamics of the subconscious.

SELF-EXPLORATION WITH

ART THERAPEUTIC METHODS

In art-therapeutic self-exploration, the focus is on viewing and organizing one's own thoughts and emotions from a new perspective. It is suitable for individuals facing challenging situations that do not require a diagnosis but who seek greater clarity about their life circumstances, conflicts, or uncertainties. In a safe space, we explore your questions and inner traces together.

In depth-psychology-oriented art therapy, creative expression is a powerful tool for self-awareness and processing personal experiences. Images and symbols that emerge in the creative process can reveal possibilities for development. These artistic experiences are reflected upon and linked to your life story to discover new paths for action.

The goal is to activate inner resources and enhance your ability to take action. Art therapy can foster emotional clarity, reduce tension, and help you approach challenges with a fresh perspective. Through creative expression, you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find independent, authentic steps for your journey.
